Oregon Bereavement Leave: What OR Law Requires
Oregon requires covered employers (25+ employees) to provide 14 days of bereavement leave under Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) bereavement provision, in effect since 2014-01-01. Up to 2 weeks (14 days) of unpaid leave per family member's death, capped at 4 weeks (28 days) total per year for multiple deaths.
